Delivery Information

All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Please be aware that UK & EU public holidays will affect your expected delivery date and we are also unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Juniper is not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order. We recommend that you check your countries regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping. 

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 14 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the payment method you originally used. Please note the all pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note (name and order number). Juniper are not responsible for any costs when returning your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Kindly note that items purchased during sale periods cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty. They can however be exchanged for an item or credit note of the same value.

How do I make a return?

Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a name and order number. We recommend sending parcels through tracked and signed for service, all returns must have a proof of postage. This helps if parcels go missing.

When will my return be processed?

We do our best to process returns within 14 working days upon receipt of the items. Upon receipt of items, the payment method originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. Refunds can take 4-7 working days to credit your account. We would always recommend retaining your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your goods. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
